  • the cameltoe story.....

    i was in the subway with a girl once. and we were taking the Q train to see a museum. anyways, i see this guy looking down at her. and i am thinking to myself. wtf is he looking at, so intently?  so i  look down. and noticed she had a camel toe.  i didn't even know what one was until i saw the movie "weather man" a few years back.....

    anyways....when i noticed this,. i was like hurry, we need to get out of here, ....and we left the train....there was no good solution out of this predicament.......(i knew i couldn't tell her, because she probably would think i am a perv, and i knew if i told her, she would be so embarrassed that she would just go home...she is a very proud girl.....) so i acted like a jerk. and was like...hold onto my jacket though out the whole day. and when i saw anyone who noticed it. i would just casually walk in front of her .

    this kinda happened once with a ex of mine with thongs, a few years back. but it wasn't so bad i couldn't tell her.....





    anyways, if you were in my position or if you were the girl, what would you do, or want me to do?

    Lol. I'm a girl & I reckon there is no way to deal with a situation like that. Cos if u tell u'll like a perv or the lady will be totally mortified. So it's best one keeps quiet esp if she didn't notice it or that ppl were looking down there. This is like 'Do I look fat in this outfit' question-there's no winning answer.lol

    That's definitely a hard situation. If you told me, I would be mortified and wonder why you were looking down there. I would embarrassed if no one told me. I suppose I still rather notice on my own though!

    isn't it the same as telling a dude his fly is down?

    i guess it all depends on what the girl is wearing. if it's something tight that they can't really change or adjust, then i probably wouldn't say anything. but if it was just a wedgie or something, i would let them know.

    i would appreciate if a girl told me. but we aren't as sensitive as girls can be.

    That's so awkward. But you can't really tell her, because then it's even more awkward. There's just no way to deal with such a situation...

    well speaking for me as to what i'd do, I would just tell her.  better for her to fix that than to walk around like that.  then also she might know not to wear those pants again.  itd be like if your fly was down and your junk was peeking out.  im a firm believer in discreetly telling my friends to adjust or fix if theres something wrong.  i was on the bus one day when i was younger with a friend and this guy was standing in the aisle holding onto the rail, but he had on the tightest mustard yellow jeans on.  his bulge was sticking wayyyyyy out and his butt was sticking way out.  there was some weird suction going on.  we couldnt help it....we busted out laughing as the guy was trying not to put his ass nor his crotch in anyones face that was sitting.  its still funny when i replay it in my head haha.

    I would just tell her.  Any normal person would be thankful to a friend for saving them from an embarassing situation.  I mean, if I had a booger hanging out of my nose and none of my friends told me why everyone was staring at me, I'd be pretty pissed, and I'd wonder if these people were really my friends, hahaha.  But that's just me.  If that girl gets embarassed so easily, maybe she needs to take some time to step back and learn to laugh at herself a little.  Does everyone some good.  ^_^

    i would want someone to tell me, i would be more mad if someone didn't tell me, doesn't necessarily mean you're a pervert if you noticed a camel toe, they kinda just stand out.

    it can't be the same because when a guy's fly is down.. his wang isn't hanging out with it, or playing peek-a-boo.. unless it is THEN it's the same.

    i would do what ch0w suggested.. just go, "do you needa go to the restroom or anything, cuz i needa go really really bad".. she'll end up going just to do a checkup even if she doesn't need to go anyway.

    Depends on the situation and how well i knew the guy i was with. Like if my husband were to tell me, I think that would be ok. But if i were single and it was a guy i just recently started dating i think i'd be really embarassed.

    yeah, chow's suggestion is probably the most subtle and effective.
    i don't know. i don't see it as perverted or inappropriate if you're a good friend. if a girl is wearing tight-fitting clothes, isn't it because she wants people to notice her figure? it only makes sense to let them know when people notice a little too much.

    That is so embarrassing! But definitely, it would depend on how close the relationship is between you and her. If it were me, I would be both glad and completely embarrassed if a guy friend of mine had told me that. You can also hint to her that maybe she should go to the bathroom before walking around the museum because for me, I love museums and I hate making pit stops during all the excitement. LOLOL Gosh I sound like such a dork.

    Yikes! I think suggesting a pit stop is the best option. It'll give her a chance to fix herself. If you told her straight out, she will be embarrassed and feel awkward. Of course, it depends on how close you two are, but still...it's better to lean on the safe side.
